Arrest of 11-year-olds after explosion causes astonishment: 'Can happen quickly due to lack of supervision'

Two boys of only 11 years old were arrested by the police this weekend in connection with an explosive that went off in The Hague. Teenagers were also arrested in previous explosions. How is it possible that children go out with explosives? “Young people recruit other young people for these types of crimes, and they do it to gain some kind of status. Those are real problems.”
