The Official Gazette of Aragon (BOA) this coming Friday will publish the regulatory bases and calls for aid by the DANAS after the Government Council was informed today.
Aragón announced last week a item of 20 million euros to alleviate the damage caused by the torrential rains that took place between August 29 and September 9 and between October 28 and November 4.
Since that announcement, work has been carried out on the different regulatory bases with the help of the different departments of the Government of Aragon involved in resolving the problems caused by these rains.
In this way, according to the data provided after the Government Council was held, in relation to the Department of Development, Housing, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion, the aid will be directed mainly to owners of habitual residences and basic necessities, as well as to the movable property contained therein.
In this way, it is encrypted in 60,480 euros the maximum amount for destruction of housingwhile for structural damages are stipulated 41,280 euros. In cases of conditions that do not affect the structure of the home, 20,640 euros are contemplated, as well as for common elements in a community of owners.
are also collected 10,320 euros for essential household goodswhile stipulating 36,896 euros for vehicles, bicyclesdevices or equipment owned.
Likewise, damages produced in local entities and population centers -collected in Annex I of the decree-law of November 6-, and those that are subsequently incorporated by order of the Minister of the Treasury. The economic amount will be 50% of eligible expense presented by the applicant and includes the execution of repair or restitution works of infrastructure, equipment and locally owned facilities and services damaged by DANA.
The Ministry of the Presidency, Economy and Justice will address those damages and losses caused in industrial and commercial establishments with up to 100,000 euros; commercial with a limit of 7,500 euros; infrastructure, access and connections in industrial areas with up to 200,000 euros.
Along with this line of aid, Sodiar will be provided with 1,885,000 euros for the Recovery and Reactivation Fund. This amount will be used for subsidized loans to finance the urgent needs of SMEs, the self-employed and companies with damages and losses due to DANAS.
The accommodations and tourist complexes of public or private ownership with damaged facilities will be eligible for aid from the Department of Environment and Tourism for the start-up or resumption of service, repair of buildings or facilities or the replacement of utensils, furniture or other essential elements. The maximum amount is 100,000 euros for tourist accommodation and 300,000 euros for tourist complexes.
For this aid – it will be necessary to record it in the Tourism Registry – you must have an insurance policy in force at the time of the events and prove that the damage caused is not included in the extraordinary risk insurance or in the ordinary coverage. .
From the Ministry of Agriculture, regulatory bases have been prepared for compensations in agricultural and livestock production referring to the systematization of lands, repair of irrigation facilities and buildings dedicated to the primary sector. Those who have to face the costs of replacing multi-year crop plantations or structural damage will also be eligible.
In this case, to specify the economic amount to be received, the average prices and yields recorded in the last three years for each affected product will be taken into account. In livestock production, the amount will be determined based on the average amount recorded in the last three years. In this way, a module will be prepared per hectare or animal to which the corresponding damage coefficient will be applied.
Global figures
The Department of Environment and Tourism contemplates 1,095,000 euros for protected natural spaces, 757,000 euros of own funds for forestry actions and 500,000 euros for hydraulic works.
For its part, in the area of Development, Housing, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion, the first estimates point to an amount of 5 million euros for the repair of roads, of which files have already been processed for an amount of 3,980,620, 73 euros.
Finally, Agriculture, Livestock and Food has estimated repairs in this area at 2.2 million euros.
