Apple has announced an event for the beginning of May with the slogan “Let Loose”, which will most likely see the release of the company's new and eagerly awaited tablets.
Apple has just announced its next event, under the motto “Let Loose“, set for May 7.
The event will be held entirely online, will start at 4pm Italian time and will focus on the latest news regarding tablet hardware and accessories.

Keyboard and Pencil
The event could finally bring the long-awaited new iPad models onto the scene, which has been a long wait considering Apple's history in this product category.
The main protagonists of the event will probably be the new models iPad Pro with OLED display.
Rumors about it have been circulating for a while and indicate, in addition to the new display, the participation of the updated M3 processor and a horizontally positioned front camera.
Furthermore, two new iPad Airs with M2 chips are expected, considering that the latest models launched date back to 2022.
The new Magic Keyboardredesigned with an aluminum structure and a larger trackpad, will accompany the presentation of the new Apple Pencil with magnetically interchangeable tips to simulate different writing and drawing instruments.
It is also rumored that the next generation of Apple Pencil could introduce a new “squeeze” gesture for quick actions such as adding shapes, signatures, stickers or text, presumably activated by pressing the surface of the Pencil.
It could also include support for Find My and be compatible with Vision Pro, as a patent filed in September 2023 suggests.
News in the air
Recently, reports of limited supplies of the current one have arrived from Apple stores iPad Air.
This further emphasizes the imminent arrival of a new model: it is rumored that the update could include a larger version of iPad Air from 12.9 inches.
According to rumors in recent months, Apple initially planned to release the new iPad models between the end of March and the beginning of April.
However, the launch had been postponed to allow the software to be completed and for suppliers to ramp up production.
The new iPads should without much doubt be announced at the beginning of May, about a month before the next Worldwide Developers Conference 2024, scheduled for June 10, the event during which Apple is expected to present its new development strategies. artificial intelligence and software updates for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac and Vision Pro.
