The lows and highs in the Liga MX Femenil teams continue for the next Apertura 2022 tournament that will start on July 8 of this year.
The Rayadas de Monterrey announced their first loss from the squad that was champion in the Apertura 2021. The player who says goodbye to Rayadas is Andrea Sánchez, the defender will no longer be part of the northern team since she was not included in the plans of the technical director Eva Espejo.
Andrea says goodbye to the Monterrey club after arriving for Clausura 2021 from the Guadalajara team. Sánchez arrived at the Rayadas team along with his teammate from Chivas Nicole Pérez.
The defense played 31 games since his arrival at the Monterrey team, Sánchez was a starter for 22 games, he started with 1093 minutes in Clausura 2021 and this Clausura 2022 ended with 403 minutes. Due to the tough dispute in that position, Andrea began to lose ownership in the eleven of Eva Espejo.
The Monterrey team thanked her by announcing her withdrawal through a message on social networks wishing the soccer player the best.
The now former Rayada has been part of the Liga MX Femenil since the tournament began with the Cup in 2017.
