The Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment has published today in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia (BOJA) the call for four lines of aid for hiring that will involve a public expenditure of 203.09 million eurosand amounts that even triple some current subsidies, with a range that ranges fromfrom 7,500 to 20,000 euros per contract for SMEs and self-employed workers, yebetween 21,000 and 25,000 euros for local corporations that employ young people under 30 years of age. The amounts in this case range of the 15,000 euros for ordinary full-time indefinite contracts at 7,500 euros for part-time, figures that again increase by 2,000 and 1,000 euros when the beneficiary is a woman. Disability

Hiring will have to be carried out in contribution groups from 1 to 3, in which the university group stands out, complementing the beneficiaries of the Andalucía Activa Program, which is limited to contribution groups from 4 to 10. The incentives range from 25,000 euros by contract at 21,000 euros depending on the contribution group, and increases by 1,000 euros when the occupation is included in the green jobs list. For this line, the budget reaches 87.57 million euros.
The management of lines 1, 2 and 4 will be carried out in a manner automated through queries to public records and databases, tax and Social Security data required through data exchange platforms and other means of collaboration between Administrations, without needing to provide documentation along with the application. This management procedure complies with the principles of organizational simplification and rationalization, guaranteeing an agile, effective and efficient response to citizens.
