The alleged achiever of the Koldo plot, Victor de Aldamaattended a meeting at the PSOE headquarters, on Ferraz Street, together with the former Minister of Transport, José Luis Ábalosin March 2019. This is demonstrated by a hitherto unpublished photograph, revealed by El Confidencial, in which Aldama and Ábalos are seen meeting with diplomats of the former interim president of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, a meeting in which they were also present. The photograph would support the statement of Aldama himself, who assured that he had mediated for Guaidó’s representatives to meet with Ábalos, something that Moncloa had denied. The businessman facilitated that meeting between Ábalos and the Venezuelan opponents and was present during the meeting, as this image reveals.
The Venezuelan diplomats who attended the meeting were Guaidó’s representatives in Spain (Antonio Ecarri), Morocco (José Ignacio Guédez), Austria (William Dávila) and Hungary (Enrique Alvarado) and, according to the aforementioned media, the meeting took place on the third floor of Ferrazconsidered the noble area of the party headquarters.
