The list of controls also included “cancellation of the permit in the event of a request to move the vehicle to another location through the smart platform SMART HUB and issuing another permit in the new location after paying the due fees, not allowing the permit to be canceled and the transport of the vehicle after the first 3 months of the permit.” Finally, the commercial license issued by the Department of Economic Development must be valid for a period of no less than three months in the event of a request to issue or renew the permit.
