This Thursday, the Mexican Alliance of Transporters carries out a national strike on different roads in the country, after they failed to reach a constructive dialogue on security with the authorities.
In his morning press conference, from Acapulco, Guerrero, the president pointed out that security was reinforced on the highway from Iguala to Chilpancingo, theft from carriers and theft of vehicles decreased.

López Obrador ruled out receiving the transporters, who condition lifting their strike in exchange for the president receiving them at the National Palace because he pointed out that they have already been given attention at the Ministry of the Interior.
