Wildfires suffocate America. In the second half of 2021, tens of thousands of hectares were destroyed by flames: from California to the southern cone. In its latest report, the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports on the serious deterioration of the region’s jungles and forest forests.
The consequences are becoming more apparent. Argentina and Chile live facing a historical drought, as occurs in the Paraná River. The State of California, in the USA, has registered 2.5 million hectares affected by the fires. Unprecedented heat waves have hit Canada and record-breaking deforestation has engulfed Brazil. The consequences of climate change are now irreversible, experts insist.
