NYT: US diplomats acknowledged the blow to their reputation due to the situation with assistance to Ukraine
A group of a number of American ambassadors stationed in countries in the Indo-Pacific region called on the country's Congress to pass legislation to help Ukraine and Israel. About it wrote The New York Times newspaper.
Nine American diplomats admitted that the United States would suffer a blow to its reputation due to the situation with assistance to Ukraine.
“Governments are watching what we do at this pivotal moment in history – a time when the decisions we make now will have lasting consequences for years to come. They want to see that when the going gets tough, the United States will stand by our allies and partners,” their letter noted.
