Altamira, doValue’s real estate servicer in Spain, announced today the launch of its new commercial campaign, with which it anticipates the Black Friday discounts and puts more than 1,500 properties on the market with discounts of up to 20%. As part of this campaign, Altamira will also cover up to 500 euros of notary fees in the process of purchasing these properties in the deeds that are carried out before the end of the year and as long as a series of requirements are met.
The campaign covers all types of segments, since among the discounted properties are homes, garages, commercial premises, warehouses, offices and even storage rooms and hotels. On this occasion, however, the homes stand out above the rest of the assets. In total, Altamira launches 612 homes on the market with discounts of up to 20%, which represents more than a third of the total assets included in this selection.
The campaign includes homes from 12,500 euros. In addition, residential assets stand out such as a 315m2 semi-detached house located in Molina de Segura, Murcia or a duplex in the center of Palencia. Altamira’s selection also includes a wide variety of garages and storage rooms as residential assets.
Regarding tertiary assets, properties such as a premises of more than 400m2 located in Granada, a 503m2 office located in Seville or a warehouse in Asturias stand out.
Great presence in Barcelona, Madrid and Seville
The doValue real estate servicer ensures that it covers practically the entire national territory with this selection of assets. By province, the presence of Barcelonaboth at the level of homes (64) and premises (25) and land (28). In the residential area they also stand out Madrid and Sevillewhich have approximately 100 assets including homes and garages.
