Sinaloa.- After municipal officials claimed to have discovered alleged irregularities committed by past administration, the former treasurer in the government of Aurelia Leal López asserted that they did not make any contract with CFE, in addition to the fact that in Bellavista there is no lighting service, so it is an error that shows that these accusations only they are a smokescreen to divert attention of the ‘aviators’ problem they have in the Municipality of Guasave.
Joel Quintero Castañeda commented that the current treasurer says that the past administration left a debt of 45 million pesos in the short term, with no source of paymentwhich is not the case, since they reduced the debt to 40 percent, and that the short-term liabilities that appear on the books are from previous administrations.
Falsehood
He stressed that this government was left with the reserve of bonuses that had been made, along with payment of fortnights, so it seems to him that they are falsifying the information in a very crude way, for which they demand that things be clarified.
He asked for more institutionality, responsibility, respect and seriousness from the new officials, as well as for them to present the corresponding evidence and to discharge it, in order to clarify what this administration wants.

He pointed out that it is very curious that the delivery-reception process has already expired, until now they are noticing these alleged irregularities.
“They had the necessary margin of time that the law gives them to have made those observations, and they did not do so, so this is very unfortunate, because it shows a lack of knowledge on the part of the treasurer,” he assured.
He indicated that what What they are asking for is that the treasurer apply himself more to his work and speed up your learning process, because the position you have is not easy, but don’t just spout words, but rather try and support everything. He assured that they are willing to collaborate in whatever is required.
Regarding the supposed providers that are not on the list and according to how they are charging, he stated that in all the administrations there are some pending, and if those people are not in the records of the books, it is because something happened.
“I understand what Marco says, that he cannot pay because there is no registration, but we argued the same at the time, we do not pay because they are not properly registered,” he said.
Without logics
The former treasurer in the past administration clarified that the dispute they had with CFE through Jumapag, an agreement was signed and it was scrupulously fulfilled.
He explained that it is known that CFE does not let a single month pass when they have detected a service that is not paid for, and Marco Antonio Báez says that there is an agreement since 2020, and that according to the parastatal it is charging until today, in addition to that the form of payment was not signed or was not established.
“CFE does not let you spend a single month, which is why this situation that they point out seems very strange to us,” he declared.

Quintero Castañeda insisted that they would like him to present the document or the contract that they made with the Federal Electricity Commission, since in their case they do not remember that said contract existed, that is why it is important that it be presented .
