Alexa Moreno wins bronze medal in the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup

Alexa Morenothe athlete of the moment for Mexico has given new joy to the country by winning the bronze medal in it World Artistic Gymnastics held in Varna, Bulgaria. The Mexican obtained a score of 13.749 to secure third place in the competition.

As part of her preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Alexa Moreno continues to attend world championships where she not only does them to be active, but to win them and this is an example of this.

The bronze medal came in the jumping test where she was only surpassed by the German Karina Schoenmaier who took the silver with a score of 13.783 and the Bulgarian Valentina Georgieva who with a score of 14.083 managed to win the gold medal.

With just under two months until the Olympic Games begin, Alexa Moreno is not stopping her competitions. Now after having completed her time in Bulgaria, she will travel to Slovenia for her next commitment where she will seek a similar or even better result that gives her confidence ahead of Paris 2024.

The Mexican will participate in her second Olympic Games, the first opportunity was in Tokyo 2020 where she gave a great demonstration by finishing in 4th position, she was nowhere near being an Olympic medalist, which until now is the only thing she lacks to do justice to his extraordinary career.

Some days ago Alexa Moreno was recognized by the company Mattel who performed a “Barbie” with her image, this with the purpose of inspiring more girls to fight for their dreams.
