Al-Wehda became the second club to win the title after Shabab Al-Ahly, which has 5 historic titles in the competition, the last of which was won at the expense of Al-Nasr on penalties in the 2020-2021 season.
On the other hand, Al Ain became the club that lost the most finals in the competition 3 times, on par with Al Shabab. Al Zaeem lost the last two finals in a row to Al Sharjah 2-1 and Al Wahda 1-0.
