The organizing committee of the Gulf Radio and Television Festival announced the opening of voting for the public to choose Gulf drama series nominated for the “Dana Drama Award.” The organizing committee indicated that the list of nominated series includes 10 distinguished Gulf drama series, which are: “Al-Boom,” “Al-Naseem High School,” “Al-Khan,” “Sikkat Safar 3,” “Khayyat Al-Maazib,” “Ramadan Sharif,” and “Our Father’s House.” , “Al-Sharar,” “Cloud Kitchen,” and “Sondos 2.”
The organizing committee invited the public to participate in voting to choose their favorite series, and to determine the winner of the award allocated to the audience’s choices, noting that voting can be made via the award’s website until May 26 of this year.
The “Dana Drama Award” includes 10 categories: Best Gulf Dramatic Work between a Social Series and a Comedy Series, Best Arab Dramatic Work, Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Actress in a Leading Role, Best Rising Actor between a Young Actor and a Young Actress, Best Soundtrack, Best Script. And the best way out.
The award is considered a great addition to the 16th session of the Gulf Radio and Television Festival and an incentive for creativity and excellence, as it will be added to the Sails awards for radio and television competitions and digital media and film competitions for the public and private sectors and individuals that the festival awards in its session every two years.
