“Ajman Transport” is preparing to welcome Eid with an “integrated plan”

The Ajman Transport Authority announced the completion of its preparations to receive the blessed Eid Al Fitr, and set the dates for providing the services of the “Speed” Center for examining and registering vehicles and means of transportation, which include public transport, sea transport (Ajman Abra) and an on-call bus, during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, as the authority provided Smart channels for customers to access the various transportation system services. It also allowed requesting taxis via the “route” application, in addition to the ability to communicate with the authority around the clock by calling the call center at (600599997).

“Speed” will resume vehicle inspection services starting from the third day of Eid according to the normal working hours during the weekdays (Sunday until Thursday) from 7:30 am until 9 pm. On Friday, there will be two periods: the morning period at 7:30 am until 12 noon. The evening period is from four in the evening until nine, and on Saturday from eight in the morning until nine in the evening.

The Authority has set times for marine transport during the Eid al-Fitr holiday from eight in the morning until midnight at all abra stations, including Al Rashidiya, Al Zorah, Al Safia, and “Marina”, noting that the price of abra tickets for transportation between stations reaches two dirhams, except for Al Zorah station, where the price is up to two dirhams. The ticket costs two and a half dirhams.

As for tourist trips for sea transport, ticket prices are five dirhams for a 10-minute trip per person, while tickets for 30-minute trips are priced at 50 dirhams.

For trips that last an hour, the ticket price is 100 dirhams, while for tourist tours that last up to an hour and a half, the ticket price is 150 dirhams.

Regarding bus trips for internal and external lines, they start at six in the morning and continue until midnight, to cover the large demand of users during the days of Eid, noting that public transportation trips are free for people of determination and the elderly.

As for the on-demand bus service, its operating hours during Eid al-Fitr days will be from six in the morning until midnight, and customers can request the (on-demand bus) service through the smart application.
