The Expert Affairs Committee of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department issued a decision to suspend the registration of two experts, after reviewing the results of the technical evaluation of the work of experts registered with the department for the month of April 2024, and based on the results of the technical evaluation and inspection of their performance in accordance with the applicable regulations and controls.
During its meeting, headed by the Undersecretary of the Judicial Department – Abu Dhabi, Counselor Yousef Saeed Al Abri, the committee approved requests to renew the registration of three experts in various specializations in the roster of experts registered with the Judicial Department, and approved a request to register an expert in the judicial receivership roster, while it considered a complaint submitted against an expert, and took action. Appropriate decisions are made in accordance with established procedures.
The committee held its meeting under the chairmanship of the Undersecretary of the Judicial Department, and the membership of the Director of the Judicial Inspection Department, Counselor Ali Al-Shaer Al-Dhaheri, Counselor Muhammad Kamel Al-Jundi – Al-Ain Court, the Executive Director of the Judicial Support Sector, Yousef Hassan Al-Hosani, and the Director of the Lawyers and Experts Affairs Department, Khamis Mubarak Al-Qubaisi. And the head of the Technical Office Department for Expertise Works, the expert, Dr. Hareb Hamad Al-Kuwaiti.
