According to him, on December 12, a slinger was repairing a well when a pipe locomotive drove up to the place of work in reverse. The car was moving at an angle and two loose pipes fell from it, one of which hit the worker in the head, as a result of which he died on the spot.

Earlier, on December 12, a 40-year-old man died while loading timber in the Uvinsky district of Udmurtia. According to the investigation, the man was loading the logs into the tractor trailer in order to take them to his farm. One of the logs fell off and fell on a local resident. He died on the spot from his injuries.
