Well-known bartender Vyacheslav Lankin spoke about the visitors and the “mood” of drinking establishments in the capital. He was quoted by an online publication “Moskvich Mag”.
“Different people go to such places, bars are just extra money. For a person to go to a bar, he must have money, the habit of going there, and there must also be a bar environment in the city, ”Lankin shared. He explained that, for example, in various parts of England or Ireland, people visit pubs for centuries after work, because there is an appropriate environment. And in the same Chelyabinsk, some also probably have extra money, but there is no bar environment. There are enough bars in Moscow, so Muscovites go to them if they want and have the opportunity.
“There are places for every mood. If you want to stand on your ears on Friday – you go to one place, you want to sit quietly, talk to another, roll a couple of glasses – to the third, eat delicious food and listen to live music – to the fourth, ”Lankin said, adding that going to all these places can be the same person.
The previously famous bartender shared his memories of Moscow in the 90s.
