The trickle of accusations against Sean Combs, better known as Puff Diddyit doesn’t stop. And, therefore, it is more likely that justice will end up sentencing him to life imprisonment, the sentence that will be requested for him in the trial scheduled for next May 5where he is accused of sex trafficking, organized crime and human trafficking —to which other charges such as pedophilia can be added—.
In another recent civil lawsuit that the 54-year-old rapper and music mogul has received and which was filed on October 20, an anonymous man – he has used the well-known alias John Doe to preserve his privacy – has claimed that Diddy tried to sexually assault him and that He did not succeed thanks to the intervention of a professional athlete.
According to the plaintiff, who is described in the documents as an executive “owner of a family business specialized in the rental of luxury cars and jewelry”, The events took place a couple of years ago, in 2022, at one of the famous parties that Diddy organized at his home in Los Angeles.
This John Doe claims that, since the musician had been a more or less frequent client of his company, he invited him to the event, seeing when “guests of a higher profile” than his arrived, although he stayed, given that Diddy “ordered” him to meet in his office so they could have a private talk.
“Plaintiff assumed that Mr. Combs wanted to have a conversation about business,” the lawsuit reads, “and yet Plaintiff immediately realized that “Mr. Combs was drunk and acting strangely.”
Once in the office, Puff Diddy “removed his pants and showed his genitals to the plaintiff,” according to the lawsuit, and then grabbed the plaintiff’s genitals. and proceeded to touch and “squeeze them in a rough and sexual manner.” “The plaintiff, shocked and disoriented, did not know how to respond to the gross and inappropriate sexual attack carried out by Mr. Combs,” it continues.
Finally, the complaint states that the situation had “escalated” until a professional athlete, whose identity is never stated, “entered the office and intervenedwhich ended Mr. Combs’ sexual assault.” The plaintiff adds that he has since suffered “significant emotional distress and trauma” and is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
“Mr. Combs is a threat to society, to women and to children, and although His wealth has kept him safe from consequences for many yearsnow faces the overwhelming power of the American judicial system and, ultimately, a jury of his peers.”
Puff Diddy’s lawyer, faced with these new accusations, has referred to his statement from October 1: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or minor, man or woman.”
