The Civil Guard has arrested a 35-year-old Slavic man as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of resistance and disobedienceattack against law enforcement agents and damage perpetrated, in Magaluf (Calvià).
In a press release, the Benemérita has reported that the events date back to the early hours of this Friday, November 29, when the Civil Guard agents of the Main Post of Calvià received notice from the Central stating that inside In one place there was a very aggressive man and in an apparent state of intoxication.
Upon the arrival of the patrol, and after assisting the owner of the establishment, the agents tried to calm the man without achieving their objective. At one point, He began to hit the agents and to insult and threaten them. In an attempt to subdue him, the civil guards and the man fell to the ground, from where he could be shackled and detained.
During the transfer to police stations, the detainee hit with kicks and headbutts the interior of the official vehicle, putting its integrity at risk and causing significant damage.
For all these reasons, the man was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of resistance and disobedience, attack against law enforcement officials and damages. Both the detainee and the proceedings were put to disposition of the judicial authority.
