The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 3 of Avila has summoned to the mayor of Vita, Antonio Martinto declare the next May 19. This summons is due to the complaint filed against him by a song with pedophile lyrics which he performed during the festivities of August 25.
The Court has accepted the complaint presented by the Christian Lawyers Foundation and has decided to initiate preliminary proceedings in an abbreviated procedure against the mayor of this municipality of 79 inhabitants. According to the judge’s order, to which Efe has had access, “the facts show characteristics that suggest the possible existence of a crime of corruption of minors“.
Martín, who has been denounced by several groups, took the stage during the festivities of San Bartolo on August 25, where he performed several stanzas with pedophile content. This action generated widespread criticism and resulted in his expulsion from the PP group at City Hall.

Christian Lawyers filed a complaint against the mayor for a crime of incitement to pedophilia, typified in article 189 bis of the Penal Code, and for sexual provocationaccording to article 185.
