One of the founders of Ecologistas en Acción, Santiago Martin Barajaswill declare as investigated on October 30, accused of sexually assault to a woman last summer.
As legal sources have confirmed to EFE, the head of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 6 of Arganda del Rey has cited Martín Barajas as being investigated for October 30 for some events reported last summer by a woman.
The court learned of the facts in two ways: by an injury report sent by the doctor from a health center who treated the woman and therefore the complaint that the victim filedin which she reported that she met the investigated person to have coffee after years without seeing him, and he took advantage of the fact that they were alone in his house to sexually assault her.
This woman later learned that two other women, who to this day have not reported, the alleged attacker had done the same to themas detailed elDiario.es.
