A couple returned home after dinner outside and found his room occupied by an unexpected intruder: a koala.
Francielle Dias Rufino published a video on Facebook which shows the curious scene that she and her husband, Brunno, found in their home in Rosslyn Park, South Australia.
“Only in Australia“he wrote in the recording, which shows the animal calmly exploring the bedroom, while Rufino screams in Portuguese.
“I thought: ‘OMG there’s a koala in my room’, and [Brunno] He said to me: ‘What are you doing? Why are you screaming?'” commented Francielle on local television.
“Brunno tried to hold him down with some clothes. Then I called 911 and I forgot how to speak English and I started speaking in Spanishand I don’t speak that language,” Rufino continued.
Finally, the koala managed to get out of the house and began to climb a tree in the couple’s yard. “I think that It’s already part of the family“, the young woman concluded between laughs.
