Court number 11 of Barcelona has opened preliminary proceedings against the former spokesperson for Sumar and founder of Podemos, Íñigo Errejón, following the complaint of sexual assault that television collaborator Aída Nízar filed more than a month ago in Marbella.according to the documents to which 20minutes has had access.
A few days ago it was announced that it would be the Barcelona courts that would have to take charge of a hypothetical investigation, after those from Marbella argued that the events that Nízar denounces happened in Barcelona. After a journey of a few weeks, finally court number 11 took charge of the matter and today it has opened preliminary proceedings to study the case.
The former contestant of Big Brother and businesswoman stated in her complaint that Errejón pounced on her, telling her that “she was prettier in person”, hugging her, “sticking to her parts”, to the point that she noticed “that he had an erection.”
The events would have taken place in the month of May 2015 in the Auditorium of the Complutense University of Madrid, during an event that she covered for a Catalan magazine and in which she coincided with the politician.
According to the complaint filed on the afternoon of October 28 before specialized UFAM agents at the National Police station in Marbella, the politician made him feel “humiliated, humiliated, slobbered and disgusted.”

According to the complaint, everything happened in the presence of everyone present, among whom were were the then mayor of Barcelona, Ada Colau and Xabier Domènechformer deputy of the Parliament of Catalonia.
