The car camera recorded the crime, in the parking lot of the Príncipe de Asturias hospital
A 16-year-old boy was arrested by the National Police this Wednesday night for having fatally stabbed to a taxi driver in Alcalá de Henares, according to sources from the Madrid Police Headquarters.
The minor allegedly stabbed the taxi driver, Isidro, several times at 7:45 p.m., when he got into the vehicle on Avenida de los Reyes Católicos, in the center of the Madrid municipality. At first it was thought that the attack took place because a robbery of the loot was foiled. However, the main hypothesis being used now is that the client did not agree with the price of the race, and had no better argument than to end the life of the 62-year-old Spanish driver. The car camera recorded the crime sequence.
After the argument they had inside the car and the attack, Isidro tried to get out of the car as best he could to ask for help and several doctors outside saw him bleeding. He was quickly assisted and admitted directly to the ICU, where he was given a couple of blood transfusions.
He had five incised stab wounds that affected his hands, lungs and liver. However, nothing more could be done for his life and he died at noon this Wednesday.
