President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky allowed a referendum on the Minsk agreements to be held, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk said. This is reported UNIAN.
“The president allowed this possibility if there are no other options and other tools left,” Vereshchuk said. She added that she was not aware of any serious discussions of such plans.
Vereshchuk also stated that the world is currently experiencing the first world hybrid war.
