The Echoes miniseries, produced by Thirteen director Brian Yorkey, and starring Michelle Monaghan, will soon debut on Netflix. The miniseries is a thriller about two identical twins who exchange their respective lives: let’s discover the plot and the cast together.
Echoes is the new thriller miniseries from Netflix created by Vanessa Gazy and produced by Brian Yorkey, famous for having created the TV series Thirteen and for winning the Pulitzer Prize.
The miniseries will consist of seven episodes that will tell the story of two twins who over the years have exchanged their respective lives, so much so that they have lived one double life until adulthood. One day, however, theirs secret is endangered by one unfortunate event.
Echoes: the plot
Echoes follows the events of Leni And Gina, two identical twins who share a terrible secret. The two, in fact, have secretly exchanged their lives with each other and even as adults they continue to lead one double life: they share two husbands, two houses and a son. But one day one of the two sisters disappears.

The cast
Michelle Monaghan will play both twins Leni And Gina. The first is a stay-at-home mom who got married to her childhood boyfriend and helps run the family’s horse farm. Gina is the opposite of her twin: after moving to Los Angeles she achieved incredible success as a writer.
Jonathan Tucker will interpret Dulan James, a troubled and mysterious fellow citizen and childhood friend of the twins, while Matt Bomer will play as Jack Beck, Leni’s husband.
Daniel Sunjata will interpret Charlie Davenport, Gina’s husband, and also will be present:
- Ali Stroker in the role of Claudia;
- Karen Robinson in the role of the sheriff Louise Floss;
- Rosanny Zayas in the role of Paula Martinez;
- Michael O’Neill in the role of Victor McCleary;
- Celia Weston in the role of Georgia Tyler;
- Gable Swanlund in the role of Mathilda “Mattie” Beck.
