Schools against Spanish
It is not the first time that the AEB denounces a school for malpractice regarding the dispute between Catalan and Spanish. This week they denounced a public school in Tarragona for not having any Spanish language books in any course.
Last year the (AEB) already denounced the Arquitecte Jujol de Els Pallaresoso school before the Ministry of Education of the Generalitat and before the High Inspection for not teaching the Spanish subject. After the claim, as indicated by the entity, “the school began to teach the subject but without a manual”. Furthermore, according to the AEB, “it is the only one of all the core subjects that does not have a book. And there is no manual in any course.
