A judge charges Pedro Sánchez’s brother for the case that investigates whether there was favorable treatment in his election as a public office in Extremadura

A court in Extremadura has decided to indict, among other people, the brother of the President of the Government in a case promoted, among others, by Vox, Clean Hands, Christian Lawyers and HazteOir. The magistrate has called David Sánchez to testify next January, among others, along with the president of the Badajoz Provincial Council, Miguel Ángel Gallardo. Pedro Sánchez’s brother is head of the Performing Arts Office of this organization and the judge is investigating whether he received favorable treatment from the Provincial Council to access the position or in his working conditions.
