The general secretary of the PSOE of Extremadura, Miguel Ángel Gallardo, announced last Tuesday afternoon, November 26, that will present himself again as a candidate for the general secretary of this party, which this afternoon begins its congressional process after the approval of the calendar of the 15th Regional Congress by the members of the Regional Committee, meeting at the socialist headquarters of Mérida.
For Gallardo, this new process will be an opportunity to renew ideas“open ourselves to participation and show that the PSOE wants to change things and improve them.” This congress, he stated, should not only be a space for militancy, but a place where Extremaduran society also participates, “which knows that the resolutions of the PSOE of Extremadura always become social advances for our land.”
