From Ciref They emphasize that “all this shows that a good part of the Spanish society is aware of the importance of addressing the problems indicated from scientific and technical knowledge”.
In the face of growing misinformation, hatred and harassment, which constitute a form of violence, they commit to redouble “efforts in all spaces and areas that are necessary to combat denialism and hoaxes that spread falsehoods, feed ignorance and fear and delay the adoption of effective and future-oriented solutions,” the manifesto states.
They will, they say, “debating and providing solutions based on scientific knowledge, the defense of human rights, social justice and democratic governance”.
