The meteorological situation that has occurred in our country in recent weeks has been devastating for some territories on the peninsula. On October 29, a DANA (Isolated Depression at High Levels) arrived that destroyed numerous towns of the Valencian Community, leaving more than 200 dead due to the floods and floods caused by heavy rainfall.
This week, specifically on Wednesday, a new DANA hit Spain again, affecting different parts of the Mediterranean and some in Andalusia. The effects of this new storm They were noticed especially in Malagaalso causing flooding.
This November 13 alone, the Aemet (State Measurement Agency) issued more than 70 notices in 14 provinces of the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, in order to prevent the damage caused by the other DANA due to the heavy rainfall that dropped hundreds of liters of water in a short time.

Heavy rains continue

On Sunday the meteorological panorama is similar, with a wide margin of uncertainty, it will rain in the mountainous islands, the Canary Islands and areas of the western third of the peninsula, with the possibility of being abundant in the west of the Central system and Andalusia. In addition, it could snow at high levels of the Pyrenees and Sierra Nevada.
The entire weekend will be marked by the entry of haze on the Peninsula, causing mists and fog banks morning in mountainous areas. As the days go by, this haze will move to the Mediterranean.
Less cold temperatures
Although these last days of the week the temperatures were somewhat cold in almost the entire country, towards the end of the weekend they will increase moderately. We will start from maximums of 24 degrees in Granada or 23 in Almería and they will rise to 25 and 26 degrees in several Andalusian provinces.
