A judge from Seville has admitted to investigating the management of the Government of Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla, president of the Junta de Andalucía, in the emergency health contracting of the Andalusian Health Service (SAS) over the last four years.
As advanced Laserthe investigating judge 13 of Seville, Javier Santamaría, has informed the current manager of the SAS of the Board, Valle García and the former managers, Diego Vargas and Miguel Ángel Guzmán that they are going to be investigated and can appear in the procedure in which It is investigated whether there is a crime of administrative prevarication. The case has been opened at the request of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office and the Andalusian PSOE.
