The Costa del Sol continues to meet the growth forecasts that established 2024 as a year of record figures for the real estate market. In this scenario, Grupo Insur and Grupo Inmoglaciar have sealed their second strategic alliance to develop Sapa residential complex of 140 semi-detached homes in Mijas Costa which will involve a joint investment of 50 million euros.
The promotion consists of semi-detached single-family homes with three and four bedrooms, with private gardens and equipped kitchens. A residential complex adapted to new market trends that will have a swimming pool, chill-out area, gym, coworking area to facilitate teleworking, and a social club.
The promoters assure that the project, which is in the initial stage of its launch, is having very good reception. “Savia, reinforces the commitment of Grupo Insur and Grupo Inmoglaciar to innovative projects that enhance the quality of life on the Costa del Sol, integrating sustainabilityquality and respect for the natural environment”, they highlight.
Strategic alliance
A strategic alliance, which represents the second collaboration project of both promoters and consolidates its position in the dynamic market of the Costa del Sol and confirms its commitment to sustainability. The new residential area, located in the surroundings of the Mijas racecourse, also represents a clear commitment to an emerging and growing area, ten from the beach and 20 from Malaga airport.
The Insur Group, with more than 75 years of experience, has a property management portfolio that covers 118,000 square meters between offices, hotels and commercial premises and 3,000 parking spaces. Furthermore, in its promotional activity, it hosts 3,836 homes in the prime areas of Andalusia and Madrid and nearly 129,000 square meters of tertiary development projects, of which 104,565 square meters are under development and three of them, the Ágora and Noa office projects in Málaga, and Elever in Madrid (Las Tablas) are under construction.
