Another 11 migrants have been rescued in the eastern area of Formentera around 8:00 a.m., after reaching the island where it would be the second boat of the day.
Nine miles south of Cabrera, in Majorcaa boat with 20 people was found at 10:00 am and, an hour later, also south of Cabrera, another boat with 23 immigrants was seen.
The Maritime Service of the Civil Guard and Maritime Rescue also intervened last afternoon in the location of 17 people of North African origin in a boat rescued eight miles south of the Cabrera archipelago, in Mallorca.
