This was announced this Saturday by the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, in a press conference in which he outlined the progress in infrastructure, after participating in the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi).
Specifically, he recalled that this Friday the N-3 and this Sunday the N-330in it kilometer point 194between the towns of Utiel (Valencia) and Talayuelas (Basin). In addition, the reopening of other key roads for mobility is expected next week.
In this way, between Wednesday and Thursday of next week – November 13 or 14 – it is expected that the bypass of the A-7 is already activated. The same dates are estimated to restore high speed Madrid-Valencia. “I think it is reasonably satisfactory news taking into account the difficult time we are experiencing in Valencia,” he expressed.
Resumption of Cercanías service
The Minister of the Interior has also explained that starting next Wednesday, partial circulation is expected to resume on the line C1 – which originally goes from Gandia to Valencia –. To reach the Valencian capital, a complementary bus service will be established between Silla and València.

A complementary bus service will be established throughout the week, which will travel from Carcaixent to València.
“The Ministry of Transport, from the beginning, committed to restoring normality on the essential roads as soon as possible in order to enhance the mobility of all Valencians,” highlighted Marlaska.
Intervention on local roads
On the other hand, the minister explained that they have requested the Generalitat that, “as soon as possible”, send a list of the roads that are the responsibility of the Generalitat itself, the Provincial Council of Valencia or the town councils, with the damages detailed so that “they can all intervene together, coordinated in this important work such as road infrastructure.”
To this end, he has detailed the Royal Decree-Law that the Government approved in the past Council of Ministers on Tuesday, enabled the Ministry of Transport to “intervene in the rehabilitation of the affected roads” that are locally owned.
