The State Attorney’s Office, for its part, does not address Pujol Soley in its indictment, while for the first-born son it asks 25 years in prison and a bond of 7.7 million euros. They are accused of crimes of illicit association, money laundering, falsification of commercial documents, crimes against the Public Treasury and frustration of execution.
The trial schedule: November 2024 to April 2026
According to the trial calendar, the first Criminal Section has scheduled the first days of this trial for November 10, 13, 24 and 27, 2025 at the headquarters of San Fernando de Henaresand already in December, a month in which there are only two days of trial scheduled, the 15th and the 18th, it will be moved to the main headquarters in the García Gutiérrez street to celebrate the rest of the sessions.
