The Aeronautics, Space and Defense Cluster of Aragon (AERA) celebrates its 17th anniversary with good numbers. The aeronautical, space and defense sector adds a turnover of 1.5 billion of euros and a total of 7,000 jobs throughout the Aragonese community, counting on the auxiliary industry.
At the anniversary, held at the Elson Space Spain facilities, the strong potential for the growth of aeronautics in the defense and space sectors has been highlighted, with “many companies dedicated to Artificial Intelligence technological systems”, according to explained Alejandro Ibrahim, the president of the AERA Cluster and general director of Teruel airport, Alejandro Ibrahim.
