The manager of the Foundation has explained in the club’s media the different actions they are going to carry out to help those affected by DANA
He Betis continues working on solidarity actions to help people affected by the DANA in Valencia. The manager of the Foundation, Rafael Muelahas given statements in the club’s official media to explain the project they are carrying out both in the present and for the future.
First of all, they have created the so-called ‘Row 0’ with the aim that all people who want to contribute their bit monetarily can do so through the realbetisconvalencia.es web portal. «The club has already made the first contribution in ‘Row 0’ and we are going to continue encouraging that help through specific campaigns with our people and our players,” explained the manager. Specifically, the Heliópolis entity already confirmed that it had collaborated with the donation of 100,000 euros.
However, the catastrophe of what happened in Valencia should not be forgotten. The city is going to need a lot of help to rebuild everything that DANA has destroyed and Betis wants to continue helping in this process: “We want to help in the emergency that is taking place at the moment in Valencia, but then there will be a Fvery important phase of reconstruction of everything that has been devastated by the flood. Both Betis and the Foundation “We want to be in that stage of reconstruction.”.
The club understands that to maintain long-term aid, the most effective way is through fundraising with the aim of allocating them to “specific projects developed in the area.”
