The Court of Instruction Number 13 of Madrid has submitted a reasoned statement to the Supreme Court to send a complaint against Luis ‘Alvise’ Pérez for an alleged crime of public disorder.
Legal sources specify Europa Press that the Madrid judge adopts this decision since Alvise holds the status of deputy to the European Parliament and is a person authorized before the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court.
The origin of the petition is the public disorders caused by protesters in front of the national headquarters of the PSOE, on Ferraz Street in Madrid, who were protesting the pact for an amnesty law that led to the inauguration of Pedro Sánchez as President of the Government.
