The Court of Instruction Number 13 of Madrid has asked the Supreme Court to investigate a complaint against the leader of Se Acabó la Fiesta, Alvise Pérez, for an alleged crime of public disorder during the protests against the amnesty law in front of the PSOE headquarters, on Ferraz street in Madrid.
To this end, the judge has submitted a reasoned statement to the High Court “since the person denounced He holds the status of Member of the European Parliament and he is a person certified before the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court,” he indicates in the judicial resolution.
“For the sole purposes of this reasoned statement, it must be concluded indicatively participation in the commission of a criminal offense of which Luis Pérez Fernández (Alvise) could be the author,” says Judge Barrera Aguirre.
