A person has been found dead in the rubble of the building that collapsed this Saturday due to an explosionin the La Albericia neighborhood of Santander, and where two other people are also being searched.
This has been confirmed to EFE by sources from the emergency services, who have not been able to provide the identity of the deceased person.
One of the neighbors of the damaged building has explained that around four in the morning they heard an explosion and he and his family (made up of five people) were able to leave the house and helped, through a balcony, a baby and her older sister , about 18 years old, will evacuate their house, located on the first floor of the property.
“We haven’t had time anymore,” said this man, who does not know what happened to the parents of the 18-year-old girl and the baby who was taken out of the building through the balcony.
