The National Police has arrested a 20-year-old young man as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of rape a young woman in the vicinity of a disco of San Rafael Roadin the capital of Malaga.
The sexual assault It happened last Sunday, October 13, around 3:00 a.m., after the two met at the said establishment, and an hour later the victim went to the authorities in the company of two friends to report the facts, as confirmed by police sources.
The victim met the alleged attacker inside the nightclub and led her on foot to a dark place and raped her. After the attack, the young woman returned to the nightclub and after reuniting with her friends they went to the police station to report the facts.
The agents activated the corresponding protocol in these cases and transferred her to the Maternal and Child Hospital where it was examined by professionals. After identifying him, the police arrested him and put him on judicial provision.
The arrested person took refuge in his right not to declareaccording to what judicial sources have declared, and the judge has ordered its implementation provisional releasebut the arrested person remains under investigation.
