This Monday, in the courts of Logroño (La Rioja), a trial was held against two former directors of Bodegas Altanza accused of crimes of document falsification, fraud and two crimes of misappropriation and unfair administration. The trial has ended with an agreement between the parties by which the charges were dropped against one of the defendants, JLM, and the other, OMH, has recognized the facts to agree to six months in prison, three in prison and three of fine.
As this media has learned, OMH is the husband of the representative for the Popular Party in La Rioja and regional senator, Mar Cotelo. Cotelo was also chief of staff of the current general secretary of the PP, Cuca Gamarra, when she was mayor of Logroño.
