It was a pleasant afternoon that was experienced this Tuesday at the Sánchez-Pizjuán. He Sevilla FC has hosted a ping pong tournament for children from the local Chinese community in which the footballers have participated Nemanja Gudelj and Gemma Gil. This activity is framed within the China Week 2024which the club has taken advantage of to internationalize its brand.
This tournament is one more activity of the Chinese cultural week organized by the Seville City Council, through its Culture and Tourism area. This Tuesday, the club hosted this table tennis competition at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium, in which A total of 50 children have participated. The finalists of the tournament were able to play one last match against the players of the men’s and women’s first team, Nemanja Gudelj and Gemma Gil. Both footballers demonstrated their skills in this matter and enjoyed the competition.
This tournament has been organized together with the Association of Chinese Businessmen of Andalusia through its institutional relations area. The event was attended by the president of Sevilla FC, José María del Nido Carrascothe president of the Association of Chinese Businessmen of Andalusia, Lin Ke, and the General Director of Tourism of the Seville City Council, Juanjo Domínguez.
