The National Police stopped early Sunday morning at a 24-year-old man for seriously stabbing his partnerof the same age, in a home Parlato whom she had gone supposedly deceived by her attacker, police sources have reported.
The events took place in an apartment on Cuenca Street. A few minutes after midnight on Saturday, a call alerted 091 about a fight inside a home. The call was made by a neighbor who heard cries for help from inside the apartment, including phrases like “Help, help!” and “Let go and I’ll let you go”.
The National Police quickly sent several patrols to the scene. Upon arrival, the agents knocked insistently on the door of the home, finally being opened by a young man. When observing the police presence, a woman ran away of the apartment visibly upset and thanked the neighbor who had alerted the emergency services. The victim, 24 years old, had multiple bleeding wounds.
The situation there was critical. The agents provided first aid to the young woman, who was bleeding profusely from several wounds to the chest, back and forearm. Since the ambulance would take a while to arrive, the woman was rushed in a police vehicle to the Infanta Cristina University Hospital in Parla, where she was admitted in serious condition.
During the journey, the victim fainted and He momentarily lost consciousnessfurther complicating the situation. Already at the hospital, the doctors confirmed that he had six stab woundsthe most serious being those of the chest and back. After surgery, the woman was kept under observation and it was reported that her prognosis is reserved.

At the scene, the detainee confessed to the agents that he called his girlfriend’s workplace telling her that his cat was sick and that he could come to their shared home to care for the animal.
