During this first session, two other people who were injured by the shooting also testified: one of them had to undergo surgery and two projectiles were removed from his arm, while the other had a bullet graze his leg when he tried to flee from the gunshots. .
Expulsion from Spain
The partners of the three defendants have also stated that they have tried to convince the court that the accused have roots in the country, since the Prosecutor’s Office requests that in the event of a conviction, as soon as they serve 20 years of the sentence imposed be expelled from Spain and are prohibited from entering for the next 10 years.
The Terrassa gang members face a sentence of 38 years and 5 months in prison.
