This Saturday, firefighters from the Government of Cantabria checked the facilities of the San Lorenzo soccer field, in Laredo, due to the possibility of the existence of a new nest of Asian wasps under an awning.
The regional troops had already removed another last Friday in that same area of the stadium, specifically in a lighting tower, as reported by the 112 Cantabria emergency service on its social network X (formerly Twitter).
As a preventive measure, The firefighters proceeded to fumigate the wasps that were stalking the place to prevent the formation of another nest.
On the other hand, members of the Reinosa emergency park yesterday carried out the removal of several fallen branches on the road that were pending the latest storm.
