Warner Music Spain, the Spanish subsidiary of the North American disco giant, has acquired 100% of the capital of the Catalan concert promoter The Projectas the diary has advanced Expansion. Warner is the third largest record label in the world and is currently expanding its tentacles to the concert and festival business in the Spanish State.
As for The Project, the Barcelona-based promoter was founded in 1988 by Tito Ramoneda and Joan Rosselló, and in 2004 it was incorporated with a third partner, Iñaki Martí. It is one of the main concert promoters in the country, having organized more than 400 concerts.
More and more, it is at the edge of the Barcelona Jazz Festival, the Porta Ferrada Festival of Sant Feliu de Guíxolsor the Guitar BCN, among others. Among the concerts that have been organized by him are the Estopa, celebrating their 25th anniversary.
